AT&T Billing Consolidator

AT&T Billing Consolidator, formerly known as ACUS, is the tool for an agency to view bill detail online. It retains billing data, including usage detail, and payment history, for the life of the Contract. Users can run reports, search for specific information, and download complete invoices into .pdf format. This series of videos walk you through registering for access to Billing Consolidator and how to use the features of the application.

AT&T Hosted Voice Service IP phones

Choose the model of the phone you are using, to see the videos available for that model. Then choose the topic you want to learn more about and press the arrow to play the video. There is a quick reference guide available for each phone model that can be used alongside the video for note-taking or for future reference.

Mitel 6867i videos

The Mitel 6867i phone is a full-featured IP phone with a hands-free speakerphone and handset designed for hi-fidelity wideband audio for lifelike voice quality, a built-in headset connection and an integrated Ethernet switch. The phone can have up to twenty four unique phone numbers, has additional keys (such as Redial, Hold, and Transfer), six programmable top soft keys to perform various features or tasks, and four additional soft keys located below the display window, that provide additional functions based upon the status of the phone. The Mitel 6867i is equipped with a color LCD display.

The Mitel 6869i phone is a full-featured IP phone with a hands-free speakerphone and handset designed for hi-fidelity wideband audio for lifelike voice quality, a built-in headset connection and an integrated Ethernet switch. The phone can have up to twenty four unique phone numbers, has additional keys (such as Redial, Hold, and Mute), twelve programmable top soft keys to perform various features or tasks, and five additional soft keys located below the display window, that provide additional functions based upon the status of the phone. Polycom VVX 201 videos

The Polycom® VVX® 201 phone is a full-featured IP phone with a hands-free speakerphone and handset designed for hi-fidelity wideband audio utilizing the Polycom® HD Voice™ technology for lifelike voice quality, a built-in headset connection and an integrated Ethernet switch. The phone can have up to two unique phone numbers, has additional buttons (such as Headset, Speakerphone, and Hold), and four soft keys, located below the display window, that provide additional functions based upon the status of the phone. The Polycom VVX 201 is equipped with a black and white LCD display.

Polycom VVX 311 videos

The Polycom® VVX® 311 phone is a full-featured IP phone with a hands-free speakerphone and handset designed for hi-fidelity wideband audio utilizing the Polycom® HD Voice™ technology for lifelike voice quality, a built-in headset connection and an integrated Ethernet switch.
