Instructor-Led Training
Instructor-led training can be held in person or online via teleconference, iMeeting or other online media. To join an existing class or request an additional instructor-led training class, please email with the following information or use the form below:
- Training topic(s) requested
- Three (3) preferred dates/times for training
- Contact name
- Contact phone number
- Contact email address
- Agency name
- Agency ID
- Name, email address and phone number of additional participant(s)
All training requests will be answered within 2 business days. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule. Dates and times of instructor-led training are subject to availability.
Participant guides are available for each instructor-led course, under the Training documents section on each course page. These are copies of the slides that may be used in our live training courses in pdf format, so that they can be printed for reference during training.
